'The Anchorage'

This is a fully furnished home located on the Manatee Pocket. Direct ocean access is just 15 minutes of "no wake" zone. You can put your trailered boat in at Sand Sprit Park and park your trailer at 'The Anchorage'. The dock will accommodate up to a 28 foot boat. Note that there is a fixed bridge with a 7.5 foot clearance at High tide. Kids and Grandkids as well as adults, will love the private Boat/Fishing dock. There is alway a lot of wildlife activity in and on the water just steps from the house.
There are three bedrooms: A Large Master Bedroom suite with it's own sitting area where it's patio doors open to the Lanai and the master's bath has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub The second bedroom is Queensized and also has a patio door opening to the Lanai. It is privately attached to the cabana bath which is accessible to the Lanai as well. The third bedroom has (two) twin beds and is adjacent to a third full bath located in a hallway just off the Living room. There are (6) fans throughout the home as well as central heat/air-conditioning and vacuum system.
The home is decorated in a Jungle motif and is very comfortable for lounging and entertaining. Seating is plentiful, a Dining room that seats six, a living room that seats nine and seating in the Lanai for 11.
Stuart is known as the 'Sailfish Capital of the world' and has many things to offer in the way of activities. If you do not have a boat, you can rent one for the day or week locally, or rent a Private Charter for the day, or even a party boat for the half or full day. The intercoastal offers many state parks that give direct ocean access and free dockage for the day.
Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive and Five are nearby to choose from. There are several public golf courses as well as many local beaches for long walks, shelling, swimming, sunning, picnicing, surfing, windsurfing as well as kite boarding. We are halfway between Miami and Orlando (less than two hours in each direction). The Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm, is a 35 minutes ride south of here.
