The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom (Queen), 1 bath vacation home with a large living room and a well equipped Galley kitchen. It is completely furnished and it too has all the amenities of home. The home style is  'Vintage Florida', that has just been remodeled with floor tile, new bath, kitchen, furnishings and landscaping.

The Cabin is attached to a larger vacation rental called 'The Cottage' by way of a former covered carport, which is what we now call the Lanai. It is furnished with outdoor furniture to accommodate all vacationers for dinner or Lounging. Along with the Lanai, there are some other common areas that are to be shared; They consist of the rear patio, it's a large uncovered walled area with a gas BBQ, Picnic table, Outdoor shower, Hot Tub and a separate Laundry room. In addition there is a 40' common dock with (2) 28' boat slips, one for each of these rentals. There is one fixed bridge with clearance of approximately 7.5' at high tide. The inlet is 15 minutes away at idle speed. Both of these units are located in a 4 acre privately owned compound, the dock is just 300 feet from the home with no roads to cross and no traffic. These vacation rentals can be rented individually or as a package. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms - one king and one queen, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, pantry and front porch. This complex has just been completely remodeled with new floor tile throughout, New Paint, New Appliances, New Kitchen and new bath.
