This well built Condo complex is only 2 stories, we are located in the 'E' unit on the first floor. The heated pool has just been renovated and is clean/private and quiet. The buildings and their landscapes are impeccably maintained. Golf, Surf and Party boat Fishing are just minutes away, as are every other water sport imaginable. A $100 one time non refundable application fee is charged by the Condo Review Board.
